We have been serving customers at farmers markets throughout mid and west Cornwall for nearly 25 years.

Primrose Herd began life trading at farmers markets in 2000 - it was the initial positive feedback from the public that spurred us on to give up our day jobs! Retaining that traditional connection with our customers is really important to us, and a member of the family can still be found at market every month.

Helston Farmers Market - First Saturday of every month, 9.30am - 1.30pm

Helston Farmers Market, The Old Cattle Market

Established in 2008 and starting with 13 local producers, the market has grown to be the largest of its kind in the County with over 40 local producers selling the finest quality produce. The market enables local food producers and farmers to sell their produce direct to the public whilst giving customers the opportunity to buy fresh, locally grown, homemade and handmade produce and products. Almost all of the seasonal produce on offer has been raised, grown or made within a 20 mile radius of Helston with care and attention to quality and provenance.

The Farmyard Market - Every Saturday, 9am - 1pm

The Farmyard Market, Tresemple Farm, St Clements

A weekly food and produce market, just a stone’s throw from Truro city centre on Tresemple Farm, a real working farm surrounded by beautiful countryside. Always well-stocked with local food and drink, arts and crafts. Bring the kids, bring the dog, and make the weekly shop a fun, family experience.

You'll find a selection of our award-winning pork at this lovely country farmers market once a month, alongside other local favourites such as Penny's Pies and Vicky's Bread.
